What You Can Use Today

Use this page to plan your first operating path without guessing. What appears in Supplier Portal depends on business verification, the supply models agreed for your account, and each approved seller relationship.

Ready for approved supplier accounts​

  • Dashboard for work that needs attention.
  • Catalog and Inventory for products, availability, and stock controls.
  • Feeds for supported bulk catalogue and inventory files.
  • Sellers for relationship requests, commercial terms, and wholesale credit.
  • Orders for wholesale and dropship work enabled for your business.
  • System delivery settings when an approved connection to your business systems has been arranged.

Available with setup or operating limits​

  • Registration opens only when the current supplier terms are approved and available in Supplier Portal. If registration is closed, use the business enquiry path below.
  • Secure portal access requires business verification and multi-factor authentication.
  • Wholesale and dropship work appears only when that supply model is enabled and the seller relationship is approved for it.
  • Returns, Settlements, and Documents are available for eligible work, but confirm the operating process with the marketplace team before relying on them at volume.
  • Coordinated reporting may be arranged for a specific supplier account; it is not a general self-service reporting product.

Not currently available​

  • Marketplace bank payouts to suppliers are not available. Wholesale payments happen through the agreed off-platform process and are recorded in Settlements afterwards.
  • Suppliers cannot mark wholesale purchase orders delivered. The connected seller records goods receipt.
  • Analytics pages are not available. Use Dashboard, Orders, and the finance records that are available to your account.
  • Scorecard pages are not available. Improve the underlying operation rather than planning around a hidden score.
  • Automatic order collection by an unattended business system is not a self-service feature. Supplier Portal remains the working fulfilment surface.
