Settlements
Settlements shows the marketplace's view of supplier payables, ageing, paid records, and wholesale remittance. It is a reconciliation workspace, not a bank payout service or a replacement for your accounting system.
What you can do
- Review pending, payable, and paid totals.
- Use ageing bands to see how long wholesale amounts have remained payable.
- Filter by source and status, then export a comma-separated value file for reconciliation. Each export is limited to 10,000 rows, so narrow or split a larger ledger.
- Open a line to understand the related order and amount.
- For a payable wholesale purchase order, use Record remittance / mark paid only after the agreed off-platform payment has actually been submitted. This records the payment reference and releases the seller's wholesale credit.
What you cannot do here
- Send money to a supplier bank account. The marketplace does not currently remit supplier payouts.
- Let the seller release its own wholesale credit. The supplier records the completed remittance.
- Edit ledger lines as if they were accounting journal entries.
- Replace the invoices, bank records, tax records, and controls in your own accounting process.
Reconciliation checklist
- Match dropship and wholesale totals to the relationship terms active when the order was created.
- Confirm cancellations and returns have corresponding adjustments.
- Export the filtered ledger and bring it into your finance process.
- Use Documents for purchase order acknowledgements, despatch advice, invoices, and credit notes issued by the marketplace.
First live remittance
For the first real wholesale payment, use a two-person review if your business supports it:
- Confirm the purchase order is payable and has the expected invoice.
- Match seller, invoice, purchase order, amount, relationship terms, receipts, returns, and prior adjustments.
- Make the electronic funds transfer or other agreed payment outside oziosko using your normal bank controls.
- Only after bank submission is confirmed, record the remittance against the exact purchase order and enter the real payment reference.
- Re-open Settlements and verify the line is shown as paid with the correct date and reference, and that wholesale credit was released once, not twice.
- Archive the bank proof and exported ledger with the same reconciliation ID.
If the portal times out or the paid/credit state is ambiguous, do not submit a second payment or blindly repeat Record remittance. Reconcile the bank, purchase order, invoice, ledger, and credit state first, then contact marketplace support.
