Portal Sign-In

Suppliers access the product with a marketplace identity (email, password, email confirmation) and a supplier profile bound to that identity.

Supported path (portal)​

  1. Create marketplace identity and confirm email.
  2. Register a supplier profile (may start pending verification).
  3. Complete verification and MFA (either order is fine).
  4. Sign in to Supplier Portal and operate catalog, feeds, orders, connections, settlements, and webhook settings in the UI.

API tokens (not a self-serve integration product)​

The Supplier API can mint a short-lived supplier JWT after verification and MFA via token exchange. That path exists for the portal and for OKNowShop-coordinated technical work.

It is not published as:

  • a self-serve unattended ERP credential
  • an OAuth app or long-lived API key product
  • a “copy the browser token” integration guide

For current supported data exchange, use CSV feeds and webhooks, and run fulfilment in the portal. Direct API work is available only through an OKNowShop-coordinated access path.
