Are You a Supplier or a Seller?

oziosko has two business portals because supplying retailers and selling to shoppers are different jobs.

Use Supplier Portal when you supply retailers

You provide products to marketplace sellers through wholesale, dropship, or both. A separate seller business owns the shopper-facing offer.

Typical work:

  • Keep catalogue and stock information current
  • Accept dropship orders, wholesale purchase orders, or both
  • Manage seller connections and commercial terms
  • Review settlements and trade documents
  • Handle goods returned to the supplier where applicable
  • Use supported bulk files for larger catalogues and stock updates

Use Partner Portal when you sell to shoppers

You manage the customer-facing offer, retail orders, customer service, and the store trading under your brand.

Typical work:

  • List products and manage customer orders and shipping
  • Run promotions, store operations, and seller financials
  • Buy from suppliers while remaining seller of record to the shopper

The Seller Centre handbook covers that path.

Quick chooser

  • If you supply other marketplace businesses, use Supplier Portal and this handbook.
  • If you sell to shoppers, use Partner Portal and Seller Centre.
  • If you do both, use the separately provisioned portal for each role. One login does not automatically represent both businesses.
